Megan McVicar is an associate at Corey Zachary Legal, PC. Megan began her career as a legal assistant in 2002, working on various criminal matters in state and federal court.

She joined our firm as a paralegal in 2005, where she continued to provide litigation support, working extensively on cases involving complex discovery issues and providing trial assistance in both state and federal criminal cases. Realizing her unrelenting devotion to criminal defense, Megan decided to pursue her law degree at Lewis & Clark Law School.

While continuing to work as a full-time paralegal at the firm, Megan earned an award for outstanding appellate brief in her first year, was a member and Articles Editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review, and graduated cum laude.

Megan has experience working on a broad range of criminal matters, including conspiracy, tax crimes, drug offenses, sex offenses, money laundering, bank larceny, and white collar crimes, and her legal research and writing skills have been put to use in numerous criminal cases, trials and appeals.
